I have the greatest job in the world!  As an "Engineer" I get to help people improve their lives and their business through physical design that truly makes someone's work day or vacation day easier and safer for the remainder of their lives!  Designing unique and ground breaking business and leisure mobile products has been a thrill of a lifetime.  But wait, more is coming! With fuel prices on the rise, we are booming and helping people take advantage of new technologies offered by Mercedes to keep your fuel costs down at a level like they use to be.  A few years ago you spent $200 on fuel. This year you are spending $400-600 for the same trip.

It is my goal to introduce fuel saving designs that actually improve your life style of comfort and quality while also giving you 2, 3 or even 4 times the miles per gallon.

Think about it.  Way back, if you traveled to business events that were 700 miles away while fuel was $2 per gallon with a mobile business system that only got 7 miles per gallon, you spent $200 on fuel.  If you use a Sprinter for the same service now for that same trip, at today's $4.50 per gallon at a 20-22 mpg you will spend $158-$144! 

Can that be true. When it was $2/gallon I spent $200 and now with a sprinter and $4.50/gallon that same trip would cost me less than $200 (~$150!)?        YES! The math is simple and very clear.

This is a perfect example of what Hanvey is all about.  Wow!  With a Hanvey Sprinter mobile upfit unit the trip actually costs less even though fuel is $4.50 per gallon!  Plus, with our Freight Expediter units and toy haulers with sleeping areas, you can reduce your hotel bill which can save you another pocket full of money that you can spend on more toys for your toy!

Why is this true?  Because the Sprinter has a 20-22 MPG super clean, super quiet, no smell Mercedes engine system.  It will idle and unbelievably high 3-4 hours on a single gallon of fuel while generators use a gallon in only 45 minutes to 1 hour.  So don't stop going to the big bike parties just because gas prices climb.  At 20-22 mpg, your party budget can go a long way. Consider the following example.

Am I a "Real" Engineer? Why does it matter?

Yes, I am a real Engineer with a very real engineering background.  But all of my skill and ability still requires me to have a strong team of builders on my crew.  Yes, I have the ultimate team to support my design dreams and help make them your  reality.

I have been involved in redesigning human-machine interfacing processes, OSHA and real Ergonomics training.  I have basically shifted my entire skill base to the field of mobile business/leisure toy hauler vehicles.  I now designate myself as a "Mobile Life Style Engineer" and "Mobile Operations Engineer".  Sometimes I hesitate to mention my professional/technical background because I have never been much of a "Title" person.  This can be seen in my lack of cryptic letters after my name.  I never really liked the look of CRE, SPE, MSE, ERE, etc listed after my name.  Curtis Hanvey Jr. BS CRE MSE GE.   No thanks.

 In short, we engineer our product.

I say, "who cares"  but for some reason my clients seem to be those who actually read my bio.  I guess buying products and services from someone with a face rather than a faceless corporation is something "mobile lifestylers" like to do.   So, if you want to know a little more about who you are doing business with, you can visit my bio page at "About Curtis".  Yes, due to our fast and sizable growth I now have a rather large staff running Hanvey but I'm still making myself available to personally help you if needed.  We can put together a custom toy hauler project just for you if you need something special. Customs can cost significantly more than our standards but for those who have to have custom, we are here to serve you too.

My company and I are here to help you enjoy as much of your leisure time as possible.
